The Last Lecture.
Randy Pausch lectures at Carnegie-Mellon University in computer science and virtual reality. He also has a liver full of cancer and 4 months to live.It's a long watch, but if you've got a while, I suggest giving this a watch. There are four parts to the lecture and they're all good.
